How do I get started?
Choose a plan and request access. We confirm your plan and set up your account by email before any payment is taken.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Claim it from Billing inside the app within 30 days of your first payment. We refund that payment to your original payment method and end your subscription. It covers the Contractor / Renovator and Business plans, one claim per company, and is for fair use.
Do the contractors I invite have to pay?
No. Contractors you invite to your lots never count against your seats or projects.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. DevCompanion works in your phone or laptop browser and can be installed to your home screen. Push alerts need your permission and depend on your browser.
Can I track lots in other countries?
Yes. Lots can be in any city or country, and you can sign in from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in US dollars.
How do reviews and the merit score work?
Reviews open when a lot is completed. The developer and the contractor each review the other once per lot, and a contractor's reviews feed their merit average.
How are accounts protected?
Every account has a password, and you can add two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app.
When do the finance tools open?
They are coming soon and still in development. Request early access and we will tell you when they open. DevCompanion collects and organizes tax documents. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
